I spend almost as much time cooking as I do reading, and that's been true since I was about 10 years old. I am a journalist with a degree in linguistics.
My reading list is broad, but my reviews often focus on Australian writing and crime. As well, I like non-fiction, literature, history, YA, fantasy, memoirs and classics.
My cooking is similarly broad, with a range of cuisines represented. But I particularly like cooking with produce that's come from my garden, and making preserves are a regular part of my life.
